<p><strong>While rumours circulating earlier this month suggested that Spain's ambitious Gran Scala project had fallen through due to a lack of funding, InterGaming can confirm that the developers have secured €20m from the government of Aragón.</strong></p>
<p>International Leisure Development, the consortium behind the Las Vegas-style mega-resort that is soon to break ground in Spain, has obtained 1,700 of the 2,000 hectares necessary to carry out the project.</p>
<p>ILD has assured that the project is under way, but its inauguration will be delayed between two and four months because they still do not have all the necessary land for the complex.</p>
<p>Me imagino que algo se perdió en una traducción quizá. La frase <strong>InterGaming can confirm that the developers have secured €20m from the government of Aragón </strong></p>
<p> se podrá traducir como InterGaming puede confirmar que los promotores se han asegurado 20 millones de euros DE el Gobierno de Aragón. Aquí debe haber algún problema o un malentendido porque cómo bien sabemos todos lo que necesita El Gobierno de Aragón es que los promotores depositen un aval de 20 millones de euros. Me imagino que debe ser todo un malentendido por parte del tal James Walker.</p>
<p>De todas maneras me imagino que pronto se sabrá algo. Por lo que se dice, antes de final de mes. A ver que ocurre. </p>

<title><![CDATA[iPhone 2 : où qui quoi quand comment ?]]></title>

Dans le monde relativement récent de la téléphonie mobile, grand sujet de préoccupation pour no]]></description>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Dans le monde relativement récent de la téléphonie mobile, grand sujet de préoccupation pour nous occidentaux superficiels, il y aura <strong>un avant et un après iPhone</strong>. Désolé pour ses détracteurs et ses timides, mais <a href="http://www.apple.com/fr/iphone/">l'objet communicant siglé de la célèbre pomme</a> aura marqué son histoire. Il est celui qui a fait couler le plus d'encre, celui qui a provoqué les plus longues files d'attentes, celui qui a le plus tenu ses utilisateurs en haleine, celui qui a le plus fait réagir la concurrence, celui qui est le plus évolutif et a su s'adapter aux délires de ses fans. Ok, la V1, sortie en France il y a maintenant presque 1 an, était technologiquement parfois en deçà de ses concurrents. Mais globalement tellement au dessus… ne revenons pas sur ses lacunes et abordons plutôt les avancées que l'on risque de retrouver, selon les blogs consacrés, dans sa nouvelle version, communément appelée <strong>iPhone 2</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">La <strong>3G</strong>, bien entendu, qui donnera enfin accès au réseau data actuel le plus puissant (la 4G étant un peu en standbye pour l'instant). <a href="http://www.apple.com/fr/">Apple</a> étant en négociation pour élargir le <strong>téléchargement</strong> d'iTunes Store au réseau 3G, ce qui ferait d'iTunes une plateforme incontournable. Le réseau <strong>Edge</strong>, bien plus répandu, resterait au programme. Une <strong>webapp Youtube</strong> laisserait penser que l'accès au site se ferait non plus à travers une appli dédiée mais via <strong>Safari</strong>, donc logiquement, celui-ci supporterait maintenant le <strong>Flash</strong>. <a href="http://www.adobe.com/fr/">Adobe</a> et Apple seraient-ils devenus les meilleurs amis du monde ? Il serait temps. L'ouverture à l'<strong>installation d'applications tierces</strong>, conçues grâce au SDK (logiciel de conception d'applications propres à l'iPhone) et downloadées sur l'<strong>AppStore</strong> d'iTunes, sans besoin de jailbreaker son iPhone, serait elle aussi de mise. Un <strong>appareil customisé ET garanti</strong>… le pied. Plus besoin de passer par le quand même très commode <a href="http://www.istart.fr/station/">iStart</a>. La <strong>vidéo</strong> ? Un petit objectif apparaîtrait sur la façade avant, notamment pour les conversations 3G. Si le <strong>firmware 2.0</strong> permettait l'enregistrement d'images en continu, ça serait logique. Mais alors la capacité de l'appareil devrait être augmentée. Et c'est prévu : batterie plus balèze, mémoire poussée à <strong>32 Go</strong>… ça bruisse de partout. Et ça baisse aussi : <strong>les prix seraient revus à la baisse et les contrats d'exclusivité avec les opérateurs remis en cause</strong>. Et cerise sur le gâteau, le nouvel iPhone arriverait  <strong>avant l'été en sortie mondiale</strong>. Par contre, il semble selon les dernières rumeurs que la <strong>fonction GPS</strong> serait abandonnée (trop consommatrice ?). Reste la pauvre <strong>géolocalisation triangulaire</strong> par les relais téléphoniques et le très bon module <strong>Google Maps</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Encore quelques jours à attendre.</strong> Le 9 juin prochain, le messie intergalactique de la technologie et du design fashion Steve Jobs fait son show lors de la Conférence Développeurs WWDC 2008. Et devrait annoncer la sortie immédiate du bidule. <strong>En avant la conquête de la planète !</strong></p>

En 1996 ya tenía  su primera página como negocio. Impulsó los First Tuesday, encuentros donde los  que tienen una buena idea tecnológica se reúnen con quienes tienen el dinero  para hacerla realidad. Blanco, que participa en decenas de nuevos proyectos,  está embarcado ahora en dos de sus últimos lanzamientos: </span><a href="http://www.yunu.com/" target="_blank">Yunu</a> <span style="color:#000000;">, una web de contactos y  relaciones personales, y</span> <a href="http://www.moterus.es/" target="_blank">Moterus</a><span style="color:#000000;"> , una red social especializada en los aficionados a  las motos. Este emprendedor acaba de ser reconocido por la prestigiosa revista  estadounidense</span> <a href="http://www.redherring.com/" target="_blank"><em>Red  Herring</em></a> <span style="color:#000000;">en la edición europea de sus premios a las mejores ideas; el  evento selecciona a las 100 empresas europeas más innovadoras. Eligen a los  premiados con diversos criterios (originalidad del proyecto, plataforma  tecnológica, mercado al que se dirigen). En la edición de este año, celebrada en  Malta, se reunieron los emprendedores seleccionados con inversores. Blanco  dispuso sólo de unos minutos para convencerles. Ahora negocia con inversores  extranjeros.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Como usuario y creador de redes sociales, ¿cree que el modelo de  grandes portales, como MySpace o Facebook, está en declive?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Bueno, declive no es la palabra. Pasó lo mismo hace diez años, cuando todo el  mundo iba a portales horizontales, tipo Yahoo, Terra, Ya.com... Todo cambió con  la llegada de Google, los usuarios buscaban entonces directamente sitios  verticales, especializados. En las redes sociales está pasando lo mismo. Las  actuales, Facebook, Bebo, MySpace, son generalistas, pero en los próximos años  serán especializadas, centradas en nichos verticales. Por ejemplo, nosotros  hemos lanzado Moterus (una red social para aficionados a las motos). Pero la  idea es lanzar más en otros segmentos, como el de los aficionados al fútbol, a  los videojuegos o a los viajes.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>¿Aquí en qué se concreta el 2.0?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Eso del 2.0 no deja de ser una expresión comercial que alguien se inventó. Lo  importante es darle al usuario herramientas que le permitan participar. La clave  de esta revolución es que el usuario aporta el contenido y se siente  copropietario de la Red. Pero las comunidades han existido siempre, antes eran  los foros o listas de correo, se trata de una mera evolución  tecnológica.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>¿Qué es lo último en lo que anda trabajando?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Lo último que hemos lanzado es Yunu.com, un portal dedicado a citas y  contactos.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Pero con sitios veteranos como Match y Meetic, ¿queda  hueco?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Las ganas de ligar no van a desaparecer. Puede que se pase de moda el  concepto de red social, pero las que tengan o den un verdadero servicio  seguirán. Y las de relaciones lo dan.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>‘Red Herring' ha reconocido uno de sus proyectos,  Ociomedia...</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Sí, es una red de portales de entretenimiento y ocio: juegos, deportes y  estilo de vida femenino.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>¿Hay buenas ideas en España?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">En España hay buenas ideas y buenos emprendedores, en estos premios había  seis ideas españolas entre las 50 primeras.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>¿Y dinero?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong></strong>No, ese es el problema. En España, el capital  es capital sin riesgo. En otros países existe una cultura del Silicon Valley que  aquí no existe. Aquí nadie va a buscar el nuevo Google. YouTube, por ejemplo, no  habría tenido ningún apoyo inversor en España.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Pero ¿se puede hacer negocio en la Internet  española?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Sí, sí, Internet es un negocio ya consolidado y el soporte publicitario que  más está creciendo, incluso en épocas de crisis como la actual.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>¿La Red se ha convertido en un refugio para los  negocios?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">De hecho, son muchas las compañías inmobiliarias que han cancelado su  publicidad en medios tradicionales, pero no en Internet, porque tiene un retorno  de la inversión superior. Son muchos los que creen que Internet será la  plataforma menos afectada.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Aparte de la publicidad, los viajes y las entradas, ¿qué más negocios  hay en Internet?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">El tema del juego con dinero, de los casinos o las apuestas es uno de los  segmentos que más está creciendo. Esto, además, va a generar una industria  colateral, porque estas empresas se anuncian en portales, pero también en prensa  o, por ejemplo, en la camiseta del Real Madrid.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>¿No tiene la impresión de que las filiales en España de las grandes  empresas tecnológicas son poco más que delegaciones de marketing?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong></strong>En  unos casos sí y en otros no. Con Google y Microsoft es así. Pero Yahoo en cambio  ha creado en Barcelona un centro de I+D. Google lo tiene en Suiza y Microsoft  tiene poco en Europa. Y creo que es un error, España tiene un nivel de  ingenieros y creativos en algunas zonas bastante elevado.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Echando una mirada al pasado, ¿cuál fue su primer negocio en  Internet?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Fue en 1996, cuando lanzamos un portal de fútbol, Servifutbol. Fue el  primero, ni el Marca tenía entonces página web.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>¿El peor momento en estos doce años...?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">De septiembre a diciembre de 2001. De 22 personas tuve que despedir a 18,  entre ellas a varios amigos míos de la infancia. Además, la crisis de las  puntocom coincidió con la caída de las Torres Gemelas.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Y ahora, una mirada al futuro. ¿Qué le pediría a la nueva ministra de  Ciencia y Tecnología?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">Banda ancha de verdad, tanto desde el móvil como desde el ordenador. Por  banda ancha me refiero a tener la misma velocidad que tienen en Reino Unido o  Francia y a los mismos precios de esos países.</span></p>

<p>De tal suerte, hoy más que nunca el titular de la dependencia, Antonio Morales de la Peña, afirmó que hoy más que nunca la población debe comparar precios exhaustivamente antes de comprar, pues, de lo contrario, el presupuesto familiar no alcanzará para cubrir al menos los productos de consumo básico.</span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;">E mai, e cald afară, e vremea pentru finale, convocări și ultimele zile dinaintea sesiunii… Ar trebui să fie una din cele mai liniștite perioade ale anului, dar nu e… Cel puțin nu pentru mine!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;"><span>E <em>dureros </em>să te sune “prietenii” din oră în oră ca să îi însoțești la concertele lui Guță… Şi mă întreb dacă sunt acolo unde trebuie. Aaa… Nu sunt… Da’ asta o stiam de mult… M-am <em>desprins</em> de cocalarii din cartier, și cu toate astea nu sunt sigur că am făcut cea mai bună alegere. Bine că am descoperit azi <a href="http://cocalari.com/" target="_blank">cel mai tare blog vizitat de mine vreodată</a> (l-am pus și la blogroll de fericire).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;"><span>Am vrut de multe ori să scriu în ultima perioadă, numai că diferitele emoții m-au facut <em>prea emo </em>ca să mai am vreun chef… Chiar vroiam să fac o caterincă de <a href="http://www.emo-kids.ro/" target="_blank">emo-kids</a> într-un post, numai că am realizat între timp că poate vede vreounul și se spânzură, că nu știi la ce să te aștepți de la ei… Până la urmă toți avem depresii, da’ nu ne apucăm să ne tundem ca urâții ăștia mici… Păi dacă aș avea o asemenea freză și m-aș îmbrăca la fel ca ei sunt sigur că aș fi la fel de supărat pe viață… </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;"><span>Mai vroiam să scriu câte ceva și despre Înviere… Despre ce înseamnă… Despre nemurire. Reprezentativ rămâne locul unde am petrecut prima zi a sărbătorii: Mărășești… Locul unde au murit acei nemuritori de care ar trebui să ne aducem aminte mai des. Despre asta e Paștele, nu despre iepurași…</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal;"><span>Despre fotbal… Aici chiar e totul trist… Sau emo, cum vrei să-i zici. <p>The annual Dublin Core conferences bring together leading metadata researchers and professionals from around the world. DC-2008 in Berlin will be the eighth in a series of conferences held previously in <a href="http://www.nii.ac.jp/dc2001/" target="_blank">Tokyo</a>, <a href="http://www.bncf.net/dc2002/" target="_blank">Florence</a>, <a href="http://dc2003.ischool.washington.edu/" target="_blank">Seattle</a>, <a href="http://dc2004.library.sh.cn/" target="_blank">Shanghai</a>, <a href="http://dc2005.uc3m.es/" target="_blank">Madrid</a>, <a href="http://dc2006.ucol.mx/" target="_blank">Manzanillo</a>, and <a href="http://www.dc2007.sg/" target="_blank">Singapore</a>.</p>
<p>The DC-2008 conference is organized jointly by the <a href="http://kim-forum.org/" target="_blank">Competence Centre for Interoperable Metadata (KIM)</a>, <a href="http://www.mpdl.mpg.de/" target="_blank">Max Planck Digital Library</a>, <a href="http://www.sub.uni-goettingen.de/index-e.html" target="_blank">Göttingen State and University Library</a>, the <a href="http://www.d-nb.de/" target="_blank">German National Library</a>, <a href="http://www.hu-berlin.de/" target="_blank">Humboldt Universität zu Berlin</a>, and <a href="http://www.dublincore.org/" target="_blank">Dublin Core Metadata Initiative</a> and supported by <a href="http://www.wikimedia.de/" target="_blank">Wikimedia Deutschland</a>.</p>

<h3 class="margin">Conference Theme</h3>
<p>Metadata is a key aspect of our evolving infrastructure for information management, social computing, and scientific collaboration.</p>
<p>DC-2008 will focus on metadata challenges, solutions, and innovation in initiatives and activities underlying semantic and social applications. Metadata is part of the fabric of social computing, which includes the use of wikis, blogs, and tagging for collaboration and participation. Metadata also underlies the development of semantic applications, and the Semantic Web — the representation and integration of multimedia knowledge structures on the basis of semantic models. These two trends flow together in applications such as Wikipedia, where authors collectively create structured information that can be extracted and used to enhance access to and use of information sources.</p>
<p>Recent discussion has focused on how existing bibliographic standards can be expressed as Semantic Web vocabularies to facilitate the ingration of library and cultural heritage data with other types of data. Harnessing the efforts of content providers and end-users to link, tag, edit, and describe their information in interoperable ways (”participatory metadata”) is a key step towards providing knowledge environments that are scalable, self-correcting, and evolvable.</p>
<p>DC-2008 will explore conceptual and practical issues in the development and deployment of semantic and social applications to meet the needs of specific communities of practice.</p>
<p>Papers, reports, and poster submissions are welcome on a wide range of metadata topics, such as:</p>
<ul>
<li>Metadata generation (methods, tools, and practices)</li>
<li>Semantic Web metadata and applications</li>
<li>Conceptual models and frameworks (e.g., RDF, DCAM, OAIS)</li>
<li>Social tagging</li>
<li>Knowledge Organization Systems (KOS) and Simple Knowledge Organization Systems (SKOS) (e.g., ontologies, taxonomies, authority files, folksonomies, and thesauri)</li>
<li>Metadata in e-Science and grid applications</li>
<li>Metadata interoperability and internationalization</li>
<li>Metadata quality, normalization, and mapping</li>
<li>Cross-domain metadata uses (e.g., recordkeeping, preservation, institutional repositories)</li>

<li>Domain metadata (e.g., for corporations, cultural memory institutions, education, government, and scientific fields)</li>

<p>All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the International Program Committee and published in the conference proceedings. Full papers and short project reports should follow the <a href="http://www.dcmipubs.org/ojs/index.php/pubs/about/submissions#authorGuidelines">Author Guidelines</a>.  Also, a Word template correctly formatted for the DC-2008 Conference Proceedings <a href="http://www.dcmipubs.org/ojs/dcmiTemplates/DC-1col.dot">is available</a>. The Committee is soliciting paper contributions of the following three types:</p>

<title><![CDATA[Microsoft Desperate]]></title>

<p>Microsoft is under assault in every direction, and losing the battle on any number of fronts. That's why it's so desperate to come to terms — any terms — with Yahoo. The software giant went back to Yahoo yesterday to suggest a joint venture that would give Microsoft a position in <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/19/technology/19yahoo.html?partner=rssnyt&#38;emc=rss" target="_new"><span style="color:#003366;">Yahoo's search business.</span></a> We're supposed to believe that Yahoo — thanks to Carl Icahn's proxy battle to replace Yahoo's board — is feeling the heat. But it's Microsoft that has everything to lose here. The barbarians are at the gates, and Gates (as in Bill) has gone off to serve humanity. Without a search strategy that works — and with Yahoo potentially linking up with Google, a partnership that is expected to be announced in a few days — Microsoft is an empire in rapid decline.</p>
<p>Let's start with its core competence, operating systems. <a href="http://advice.cio.com/laurianne_mclaughlin/should_microsoft_throw_away_vista" target="_new"><span style="color:#003366;">Vista is a disaster</span></a> and Windows 7, its successor, is <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_7#cite_note-2" target="_new"><span style="color:#003366;">two years away.</span></a> By then, the market for desktop/laptop operating systems will be smaller, perhaps dramatically so. The sweet spot is steadily moving away from "computers" to mobile devices — phones, mainly — and Microsoft's mobile operating system has never captured anyone's imagination, let alone the market. (In its first quarter of existence last year, <a href="http://www.roughlydrafted.com/2007/12/14/canalys-symbian-apple-iphone-already-leads-windows-mobile-in-us-market-share-q3-2007/" target="_new"><span style="color:#003366;">Apple's iPhone overtook Windows Mobile.</span></a></p>
<p>With iPhone 2.0 and a variety of Google-Android-powered cell phones set to roll out, it's not going to get any easier. I could go on and on, ticking off the things that Microsoft needs to fix. But Kevin Johnson, president of the company's platforms and services division, does a far better job than I could. He oversees the 14,000 people who work in the Windows and online divisions of the company. He took over the job three years ago, which means that Vista is his baby.</p>

<p style="margin:0;">I know what you’re all thinking (if you actually bother to read this), yeah I’m actually doing a survival guide on a game based off of a movie. You think I’m insane, don’t you? Well, you’re right, but for the wrong reasons. Over the coming months I have discovered many game reviewing sites such as GameTrailers and IGN (who are a bunch of faggots anyway, but that sort of talk isn’t going to get any sponsors I guess) have been discriminating movie-based games and it’s weird.</p>

<p style="margin:0;">Seriously, I’ve watched both of their video reviews on Iron Man and their reasons for finding it mediocre are bullcrap. They just sound like babies who don’t know how to hold a controller, “Oh, it sucks because the game is slightly different from the movie”, “Wah! Everything else in the game looks shit compared to Iron Man”. Great reasons for giving it a 5/10, amirite? These people sound to me like they haven’t even bothered with the game and some can say you can’t blame them because of what it is, but I can because you can just NOT review it if you can’t play it.</p>

<p style="margin:0;">The guy who did the IGN review barely mentions the customisation in the game, which is basically what makes it fun! He talks about how shit is flying everywhere and he’s being a coward, well yes it is hard and it should be, but it’s no reason to say it sucks. Shit will come at you from everywhere and there are obviously ways to get round it, so if you did buy the game (Which still is mainly for Die-Hard Iron Man fans, but deserves a high 6 or low 7 at least) here are some pointers on beating it and rising above the difficulty.</p>

<p style="margin:0;"><strong>1) <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Radar</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin:0;">The radar is your friend in this game, without it you won’t last 5 seconds. The blue shit are secondary targets, which only need to be destroyed if they’re annoying you or you’re trying to complete Extra Objectives. The orange shit are the primary targets, which are what you need to destroy to progress further into the mission. And then there’s the red shit, which the blue and orange shit fire at you constantly, the red shit are Iron Man seeking missiles that can outrun you, so it’s important to always check the radar while in flight to see if any upcoming missiles are tailing you. When they get too close, swerve out of their way or do a barrel roll (yah) and avoid them.</p>

<p style="margin:0;"><strong>2) <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Customisation</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin:0;">When you first fight Titanium Man on Mission 7, you’ll be glad you customized your suit for better fit, because he will whip your puny ass if you’re still averaging at a level 1. After beating each mission, you’ll get a certain amount of credits to go and blow on your suit. These upgrades can be used for better precision on missiles, faster fire rate or high speed after burners. Some of the stuff is really useful, like converting damage into energy, which is great when being ass raped by 10 missiles a second. Of course all this stuff will consume your energy meter, so use everything at your disposal in moderation, when firing at a target use his weakness against him and nothing else.</p>

<p style="margin:0;"><strong>3) <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Hero Objectives</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin:0;">Hey, you…yeah, you…you want 25 achievement points for almost nothing? I bet you do. What I forgot to mention on the Radar section is the yellow shit, because it’s more relevant to this section. The yellow shit is the hero targets, shoot these, protect these or do something to them within a time limit and you’ll get a nice achievement and a medal :) Complete the Hero Objective for each mission and you’ll get an ‘Excelsior!’ achievement in honour of Stan Lee (sadly, he does not make a cameo in this game as Hugh Hefner).</p>

<p style="margin:0;"><strong>4) <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Extra Objectives</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin:0;">Extra Objectives are a great way to earn extra cash for your suit, they come in two different types: Time Trials and Body Counts, however I would not suggest trying to take on both in the same mission. Time Trials set you against the clock to beat the mission, it could be 5 minutes, maybe 10 or 12, you can always check the pause screen to see how much time is left. Body Counts involve killing a certain amount of enemies before completing the mission. Depending on how well you did, you’ll get a certain amount of credits to get all your suit functions up to level 3.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;margin:0;"> </p>
<p style="margin:0;"><strong>5) <span style="text-decoration:underline;">One Man Army</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin:0;">Want to play in the classic Iron Man suit? Or the original Tales of Suspense silver clunky piece of junk suit? Or maybe even the Hulkbuster suit? Then you should definitely check out the One Man Army option on the menu screen. After beating a mission which involves destroying the entire enemy organization (Ten Rings, Maggia, AIM, etc) you’ll unlock a Ten Rings Vs … stage. Here you put to the test to beat 80 enemies from that mission in 10 minutes and doing so unlocks you a new suit to play in missions. Make sure you’ve got all your customisations up to level 3, so it’ll be as fun as possible and really easy to earn the achievements for not being shut down once while doing it.</p>

<p style="margin:0;"><strong>6) <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Showdown</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin:0;">A quick guide on how to defeat the final boss-Obadiah Stane in the Iron Monger suit:</p>
<p style="margin:0;">Set in the same city mission as the last two were, you fly around with the Iron Monger circling him and zapping him with your laser, be sure to unleash the missiles on him when they recharge. Eventually, his health will drop and he will die, but only to get back up again and mock you. The thing is, you gotta kill Iron Monger 5 times, after that he will fall onto the road, as soon as he does fly over to him and hold down the melee button (B or O). Grapple him and keep tapping the melee button until you break off a piece of his back and break it. Then quickly fly to the top of the Stark enterprises tower and destroy the 4 main…uhh…things on the corners of the roof for the hero objective. Then enjoy the satisfaction of beating a hard (but worth it) movie based game. </p>
