On the picture below you see Cor presenting one of the first Oppositional Papers to an IRC staff member Marieke Boot who left IRC in the 1990s. Cor instigated this present to leaving IRC staff that have had a meaningful contribution to IRC and the sector. He managed the production and handing over these OPs for many years and keeps a record of them. </span></span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="color:#339966;"><span><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">They were (and still are)<span> </span>called “Oppositional Papers” and had the same yellow covers as the official Occasional Paper Series that IRC published for a number of years. This tradition continues until today.</span></span></span></span></p>
