Here are some random photos I took this afternoon.

My favourite magazines arrived today. I subscribe so I get it every month before it comes out at the shops ! I have to say its one of the magazines that I read every month from front cover to tyhe back! The other one is a scrapbooking magazines, that one comes out at the beginning of the month, but I'm going to subscribe to it too!

My lappy, I love it too and now I use it every day for my scrapbooking and blog reading! For a while there it just sat there unused and neglected, but its back to being used every day!

Yes I know i'm a blog addict. "Big Load of Garbage" as my hubby calles it!

Mum and dad will be here soon which will mean that I will lose my scrap room for a while as that will become their bedroom while they are looking for a house here in Sydney, but its all good! I will still blog just not scrapbook as much... maybe.

The kids played and then went to a birthday party for a couple of hours, the house was very quite without them!

The kids had fun playing nicely together all 5 of them as Tracie had an extra one for the night.

Dinner was great, Paul did such a great job of cooking for us all and we all enjoyed the wine too.

Earlier today I went to the growers market and pick up another baby for the mad house that we all live in. Her name is Pumpkin; and she is a week or so old Silky chook.

It was very nice to have a week off from work. Back to full time on Monday, the Emma and I are away in Melbourne for the trade show, which will be lots of fun! A girly weekend away! Woo Hoo ...ummm the possibilities are endless :LOL

Layouts: 4.5 making up for last week

I've been driving past a tree with one leaf hanging on the end of a branch for the last few weeks saying to myself that I will have to stop and photograph that leaf before it falls of. A few days ago it was lovely bright red colour, with the windy days we had I have been amazed every morning that it still there... Today I stopped and photographed it and I'm so glad that I did. As when I drove on my way back from the shops, it was no longer hanging there. It waited for me to photograph it and then it made its departure!

Here is a 8" layout that I did today. Its potentially a Kids Party Layout. I'm working on doing kids stamping birthday parties and this is the first layout idea. It only took me 5 mintues to put together but I'm very happy with the end product.

Its a layout but it doesn't really count or does it ! LOL

I'm still sitting here and its 11.44 pm . Only a few more mintues before I have to finish of this post. Just read a quick ramdon blog that I happen to come across. The girl was saying that she is off to meet her dad at a show somewhere and being a good daughter and actually going and not making an excuse not to go... It made me think that I will be able to do that soon with my mum or dad. Meet mum for a coffee or pick up dad and go to bunnings and look around or pick up stuff for another project. I'm so looking forward to that.

Not sure if I did mention it here that mum and dad did sell their house and are in the process of packing up their house... ( yes I think I did mention that) their farewell party is on this weekend. Hope you have fun Mum and Dad! ok enough ramdon rambelings for tonight :)

I must say it was very nice, I quite enjoyed it! Did nothing... other than make two new cards...

My new journerling course also starts tomorrow so that should be fun! I'm looking forward to that :)

I finally sorted out my wardrobe... a few items will be finding their way to ebay shortly. Most of the cloths I'm planning to sell are too small for me and I haven't worn for ages. Mostly format stuff and shoes that I haven't worn ever in most cases. I get them thinking I will wear them but I dont so they have to go to other good homes.

We did a bit of shopping at the square after and by the time we came home it was 3pm!

Paul was back at work today and didn't get home till 7.30pm so I cooked dinner for the first time in about 3 weeks I would say. He is working more late shifts this term so I will have to start cooking which is ok I suppose LOL I know I'm a lucky girl to be married to a Chef!

I was worried that I almost wouldn't make my 2 photo challenge today, but at the last minute I made it. The photos below are more for my mum and dad, they will know what it is with out me even telling them. I wont tell anyone else as you will think that its a bit grose. HEHEHE I use to eat it as a child all the time. It had to be my favourite dessert back in Poland when I was little.

been very slack on the layouts this week but I made some cards and this mini album which I'm about to post their photos of it in yesterdays post.

So that will have to do!

He got up at 7am and wanted to open presents, we managed to talk him into opening them a bit later... 8 am! he couldn't wait any longer!

He loved every single gift that he got. Mostly everything was LEGO so that was great! He got some playstation 2 games, 3 actually. New Nintendo DS, Lego timer, Lego memory game, books and Lego Nintendo DS cover. He also got some LEGO from his friend yesterday and some Lego later in the day from one of his other friends.

His friend Sam arrived at 9:30 and we were off to the Golf Driving Range! Got 5 large buckets and the kids were off hitting the little white ball with lots of fun and lots of misses!

His other friends arrived and everyone was having a great time, after golf we had lunch at McDonalds and then back to our house for Icecream Birthday Cake and some fun with is new toys!

So I think he had a  great day. Paul and Alex later played the playstation while Lara and I went to the shops to develop some photos! all 300 of them.... thats from the beginning of July but mostly from today. I keep on taking photos of the kids trying to hit the golf balls!

I got enough photos to make little mini albums for all of Alex's guests today. (photos below)

We also went out to dinner tonight as promised (we almost forgot but Alex wouldn't let us do that! he has such a good memory! ) We went to Hog's Breath in Narellan, Alex's choice of course!

I damaged my car today, not happy as I only got it fixed few months ago using my birthday money from Paul. So now I have to fix it up again.... aaaahhhhhh

I don't know if I can meet my challenge to make 3 layouts this week. Tomorrow is a busy day and sunday I'm off to a Wedding Expo with Emma.

-I had an appoitment to look at more houses for mum and dad.

- Went to Officeworks and got myself Adobe Elements 6.
- Visted Tracie.
- Checked out a magic show at the town centre with Lara, she even got to go on the stage and take part in the show... of course I didn't have my camera with me did I, oh well, you get that.
- Had another appoitment to look at more house in the afternoon and then finally came home.  
- Did some more looking on the internet for house./
- Had dinner.
- Sat and watched TV ( which I haven't done for a long while)

Not very creative this week no layout outs as yet and its almost Thursday already.... AAAAAAAAAHHHHH I still have 4 more days till Monday. So its still time.

Not much happening today.

Here are some photos of Alex and his Lego Men!

He loves his Lego men, he received two from a friend of mine in Sweden and he just loves them.

Paul went with the kids into town today, they went to the library and had a good look around.

I had a good day to day, did what I needed to do and got my parcel from a friend in Sweden! We did a swop and its been great, I love my goodies :) already handed out the goodies to the kids so I didn't take a photo, which is a bummer.

Ok I think its playing nicely again. Here are my photos from today.

Paul and the kids went for a drive in an old car today. It belongs to Pauls cousin. The kids loved it including the Big Kid Paul!

This is another photo I took today with a Layout in mind. If anyone knows me even a little bit, they know that I'm obsessed with IKEA and have been for a long time. I'm planning my layout and hope to have it done this coming week!

She scrapbooked today at the Paper Factory in Narellan, Tracie is teaching her all the basics which is great. I find my self with no patience for her at times... so it's good that some one else is teaching her.

Also looked at some houses for Mum and Dad today, one looked quite good, but they really have to go and see it for them selves.

Ohh I also changed my shelves on my scrapbook table around. moved one of the shelves out and placed it in a different direction which feels like it almost gave me a new shelf, and more room! off to IKEA tomorrow to get the rest of my storage units and maybe a couple of other bits and pieces LOL.
